The shipping cost is around $35 + platform fee of which product you are trading. The platform fees are $10 for each sneaker and $5 for each article of clothing. The max capacity for a trade/swap is limited to three items.

 

Buyers pay no fee. We charge an 8% commision fee on any item sold. In addition to the commission fee, there is a payment processing fee for transactions made with PayPal of 3.49% + .49 USD

 

Trades/swaps typically take 7-10 business days to complete. Some trades/swaps may take slightly longer based on how far packages have to travel to and from our authentication centers.

 

Ensuring authenticity is our top priority. Our lootswap expert authenticators thoroughly inspect every product that comes through our facility. The inspection includes examining the material, structure, stitching, color, labeling, packaging, and blacklight testing.

 

We will send your original item back to you and penalize the person that shipped a fake item.

 

Once a trade/swap has been agreed upon, you have 72 hours to ship your shoes via UPS using the shipping label included with your accepted trade/swap. If the 72 hours is set to expire on a Sunday or major holiday when UPS is closed, you will be allowed to ship out the following morning before the trade/swap is officially canceled. Don’t wait until the last minute to ship. We also strongly encourage you to ask UPS to scan your package at checkout when you drop your shoes at a UPS store.

 

If you are trading away multiple items, you must pack them in one box using the shipping label included with your accepted trade/swap. If you ship in multiple boxes, your trade/swap will be canceled, your shoes will be returned, and you will not receive a refund.
